ICE Campaign - In Case of Emergency

We all tend to carry our mobile phones with names and numbers stored in memory. The ICE (In Case of Emergency) campaign was thought up by a paramedic who found that when he attended the scene of an accident, there were always mobile phones present, but with hundreds of numbers stored, it is impossible to know who to contact.

The ICE Campaign is attempting to create a nationally recognized protocol so that emergency service personnel or hospital staff could simply dial the number you have stored as ICE.

If you have more than one emergency contact, just add numbers to the end (ICE1).
